Local support agencies,
health services and other services can refer people
seeking assistance by completing a Referral Form and
faxing it to 02 6884 9222. The referral will then be
assessed by a qualified grief counsellor and referred to
a Branch of NALAG or other appropriate agency.
Please ensure your client or patient
that they will receive a phone call from a Volunteer
usually within 3-5 working days to make an appointment
for them to receive grief support. Should your client or
patient would like to speak to someone sooner they can
phone the NALAG Telephone Grief Support Line on
02 9489 6644.
